  • September 2018: Open Position 
  • Postdoc position available in the Genes Group.
  • Duration: 18 months (with possibility of extension for another 12 months).
  • Role: research within the collaboration with six experimental and theoretical groups within the consortium RouTe (Room Temperature Quantum Technologies).
  • Qualifications: quantum optics/condensed matter theory background.
  • Aims: models for light-matter interactions in confined electromagnetical environments including motional effects such as localized and delocalized vibrations.
  • May 2018 The RouTe (Room Temperature Quantum Technologies) project has been funded as part the new European initiative QuantERA. Our group is in a collaborating network with Strasbourg, Hamburg, Madrid, Aalto and Zürich. 
  • March 2018, Michael Reitz continues as PhD student in the group.
  • March 2018, Michael Reitz successfully defends his master thesis. Congratulations! 
  • September 2017, Ondrej Cernotik joined the group as a postdoc.
  • August 2017, Michael Reitz and Francesca Mineo got the prize for the best poster at the Granada Summer School for Quantum Matter! Congratulations!
