In a joint initiative, the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light (MPL), the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU), the Friedrich-Schiller University of Jena (FSU), the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS and the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering IOF offer an international PhD programme.
